Feeley Throws Season Away

A.J. Feeley

Seahawks Beat Eagles 28-24

Everybody’s favorite backup QB was a disaster against Seattle. His first pass was intercepted, and so was his last. Overall Feeley finished the game with 4 INTs, and has 7 in his two starts this season. He was just absolutely brutal, and everybody in Feeleydelphia was wrong. He is not a better option than McNabb, and never will be.

Feeley’s first two interceptions led to Seattle touch downs, and really put the Eagles in a hole. His last bad throw was what did them in though.

Brian Westbrook was put back for punt returns late in the game to give the Eagles a spark, and he sure gave them one. With one last hope left, Westbrook broke off an electrifying 64 yard punt return, down to the Seattle 14. Then on third down Feeley blew it with yet another interception to LB Lofa Tatupu(AJ’s favorite receiver).

I am sick of A.J. stinkin Feeley, and I don’t wanna hear one more stupid fan say that they prefer he start over Donovan McNabb. For all those fans who want to run Donovan out of town, this game was a preview of what next year would be like.

Even Madden knew that the Feeley would choke at the end of the game. They actually almost predicted the game perfectly. I give the video game some props. They know more than most Eagles fans do.

I would also like to rip Andy Reid for this one, for yet again not running the football enough. The best player on this team is Brian Westbrook. It’s time to use him already Andy! Give Westbrook at least 20 carries a game, 5 catches a game, and have him return every punt. Enough of this joke Reno Mahe.

When Feeley is stinkin up the joint, it would make sense to stop putting the ball in his hands. Nobody is surprised that Andy Reid calls a pass on 3rd-and-one. In fact defenses would probably be more caught off guard if the Iggles had ran there.

This season is now over, and it is time to just start putting in the young kids. Let’s see what Stewart Bradley, Kevin Kolb, Victor Abiamir, Winston Justice, Tony Hunt, and Brent Celek can do.

The best thing that came from the 2005 6-10 season was the Eagles discovered many talented young players could play at this level. It’s time to do the same now, and see what these kids got. Maybe you find a player or two, and then you can move on to fixing this mess.

One thing that everybody knows for sure, is that A.J. Feeley can not cut it as a starter.
