Donovan McNabb to the rescue.
If the Eagles are going to salvage anything out of a disappointing season, they’re going to do it with McNabb at quarterback.
McNabb hasn’t played since suffering a sprained right knee and sprained right finger 16 days ago in the Eagles’ win over the Dolphins. But after watching A.J. Feeley throw four interceptions against the Seahawks Sunday, McNabb said he’ll definitely play by this Sunday, when the Eagles face the Giants.
And head coach Andy Reid said yesterday McNabb “should be back” for practice as early as tomorrow, and Reid said he expects McNabb to have full mobility when he returns to action.
