Looks like Takeo Spikes season is over. He tore his rotator cuff in the win against the Cowboys. There is a chance he could try to play through it, but I doubt the Eagles will want him to go that route. He will need to have surgery to have his shoulder repaired.Shawn Andrews might not play the final two games either. He suffered a sprained MCL in his knee. Usually those type of injuries can take 2-5 weeks to recover from, depending on the severity.
Matt Schobel is dealing with a bad concussion he got from a helmet-to-helmet hit from Cowturds Safety Ken Hamlin. He is day-to-day, but don’t expect to see him this Sunday.
Max Jean-Gilles will fill in for Andrews at right guard if he is unable to go. Rookie tight end Brent Celek who made a great catch against Dullas will start in place of Schobel. Third round pick Stewart Bradley, and special teamer Akeem Jordan will fill in for Spikes.
I hate injuries.
