2008 Free Agents: Guards

Pittsburgh Steelers Guard Alan Faneca (cnn.net)

The Eagles are in very good shape at Guard. Shawn Andrews is an All-Pro right guard, and Todd Herremans is a decent left guard. Backup Max Jean-Gilles played well in his limited action last year, and looks like he could be a starter. I highly doubt the Birds will look for a free agent guard. The only player that really interested me was Stacey Andrews(brother of Shawn) of the Bengals, but he was just recently franchise tagged. I like Alan Faneca, but he will probably be cashing in on a huge pay day.
