Give me a break. How many Super Bowls has he won you guys? Enough said. Trade him.Get that third round pick and start rebuilding with Babyface Kolb.
April 16th, 2008 at 5:53 pmHe’s 11-5 against the Cowboys in his career. Good enough for me.Oh, and I won’t hold my breath for the "Tony Romo’s Greatest Playoff Performances" video.
April 16th, 2008 at 6:42 pmHow many Super Bowls has Matt Hasslebeck won? How about Carson Palmer, Jeff Garcia, Tony Romo, Drew Brees, Marc Bulger, David Garrard, and Philip Rivers won? You don’t just trade away a franchise QB for that reason. Winning a Super Bowl takes an entire team effort. You don’t place that just on the QB.
April 16th, 2008 at 8:22 pmFor that matter, how many Super Bowls has Dan Marino won? Or Trent Dilfer? Oh wait, he actually DID win one. That must mean he’s good. It’s true that McNabb doesn’t suck because he hasn’t won a superbowl. He sucks because of the one Superbowl he LOST. The man choked harder than a porn star on the set of a Dirk Diggler production. He couldn’t get it done and he’ll NEVER get it done. When he had his chance to shine and to pull off the upset, he’s down on the grown puking because he can’t handle the pressure. THAT is why you should trade him.
April 16th, 2008 at 9:47 pmDidn’t people say the same thing about John Elway after his Broncos lost bad in the first 3 Super Bowls?
The book is not written on Donovan McNabb yet. There are still a few chapters left.
April 16th, 2008 at 10:58 pmTrade is not an option with McNabb. Sure he might be fragile at times… but fully healed, he’s the best chance Philly has to get into the playoffs. He has plenty of game left in Philadelphia.
April 17th, 2008 at 8:19 amThank You Big Z. I am glad somebody has some sense in this world.
