Eagles Select Jack Ikegwuonu With The 131st Pick

Jack Ikegwuonu (scout.com)Jack Ikegwuonu is a first round talent who unfortunately for him tore his ACL prior to the combine. After this devastating injury some felt that Ikegwuonu might go undrafted, but the Eagles saw enough talent in him to take a chance in the 4th.

That was the Eagles first compensatory pick(unable to trade) and I think the Birds got a great prospect.

Jack was a very physical CB who made a lot of play at Wisconsin. He won’t play in 2008, but look for him to make a name for himself in 2009.
