		<description>Yes I always take into consideration that is is harder to find great players in the late rounds. I would have given 4th round pick John Welbourn a grade of an A, but it came out that he was on the juice, and the Eagles traded him away for two draft picks.

I don&#039;t think I can still call that pick an A when he ends up being shipped out.</description>
