I would have given 4th round pick John Welbourn a grade of an A, but it came out that he was on the juice, and the Eagles traded him away for two draft picks. That is, does being a 4-year starter as a 6th rounder, for example, carry more weight than being a 4-year starter as a 2nd rounder? It probably should, right, given the expectations and $$ commitment? Let us know your methodology (and I apologize if you've already given it to us and I just missed it.
