McNabb has been fed up with all the nonsense since they lost the Super Bowl. If he goes, he goes. Nothing the fans can do about that. As far as Kolb, I think it's a tad unfair to judge a guy based one half of football against one of the best defenses in the NFL. He may suck, but it's way too soon to pass judgment on him.
