]]> By: Redskins Guy http://insidetheiggles.com/2008/12/18/the-mikell-factor/comment-page-1/#comment-1535 Redskins Guy Mon, 22 Dec 2008 05:29:02 +0000 http://insidetheiggles.com/?p=997#comment-1535 It's also outrageous that the pro-bowl can be voted on before half the games are even played.  And it's decided with some of the most important games of the season still remaining.  Late season performance is far more important than looking good early.  Just look at my Redskins back when they were 6-2 and look at them now.  Look at some of the performances from last week and recognize that the Giants-Panthers game had no bearing on the pro-bowl even though it decided the #1 seed in the game and featured some terrific running back performances.  Or How Antonio Bryant has caught fire over the last few weeks.  The pro-bowl is just a flawed model through and through.
