Great defensive mind. There's nothing in his contract. He just prefers being a coordinator. I don't blame him. He takes less heat than Reid, that's for sure. Look at the success Johnson's former assistants are having: Leslie Frazier (Vikings), Steve Spags (Giants), Ron Rivera (Chargers) and John Harbaugh.
