Westbrook Talks About His Knee

Brian Westbrook’s knee is in the news again. Big surprise. Apparently, one Sal Paolantonio is reporting that Brian aggravated his injury versus the Giants. Listen, I like Sal-Pal, but like every other ESPN shill he’s simply looking for headlines during Championship Week.

All you have to do is watch Westbrook the last couple games to realize he’s not quite right. The leg drive is suspect, the burst is missing. The way Sal paints it, Westbrook is hours away from surgery. To dispel these erroneous reports how about we listen to the man himself. One of the things I respect most about B-West is his honesty. In this NFL.com video, Brian gives the fans the straight story.
