When you see him totaling 8-10 tackles per game, he's doing something right. Most elite ends are lucky to get 50 tackles: Jared Allen had 54, Peppers had 51. Cole's 77 puts him near the top. I agree about Bryan Smith. He has potential, but is very undersized (240). Cole has a reputation around the league as being a great run player. Not much pressure was put on Warner unless the Eagles came on all-out blitzes. I'd like to see the Eagles pressure teams more without having to risk it with blitzes. A big question mark hangs over Abiamiri simply because he hasn't had enough playing time. He may be too big and slow to pressure against the pass off the edge. Juqua Parker is solid but not a great player. Clemons has more to prove. So I think  Andy and company will pick up another "fastball" early in the draft to offset the question mark at that left DE position. Cole is a little undersized and although he has been great for the Eagles, I'm still not sold he plays the run and well as you describe. On a final note, I hope the kid, Bryan Smith (I think), can contribute some this year. According to accounts, he has a high motor.  I’m not sold on the Eagle D-Line situation.
