First of all, a lot of people (I'm not saying you) are under the impression that he's a free agent. He has two years left on his contract. For him to be dealt he will have to holdout through mini-camps and into training camp. He will have to tell the Cardinals' front office he has no intention of playing for what he is currently being paid. Even then, they might tell him too bad. Play or sit. Let's say he is traded. What would it cost to get him? A first round pick, minimum. Then whichever team gets him has to sign him to a new contract that he's agreeable to. Now, if were a GM I'd go after Houshmandzadeh (if he's not tagged), give him a handsome payday and keep my #1 pick. In my opinion, Boldin and Housh are the same guy.
