Smith has already said that once the cap goes away, it&#039;s not coming back. That may be a negotiating ploy; nobody benefits with one-third of the league perpetual contenders, one-third contending once or twice a decade and one-third serving as farm teams for the big-money squads. That said, players may like the idea of a few guys making A-Rod money even if it means less money for players overall.</description>

		<description>I really hope this doesn&#039;t happen.  This would allow Jerry Jones to go on a Steinbrenner-like spending spree and end up with a Pro-Bowl team.  They would still choke in the playoffs due to lack of chemistry but I&#039;d rather not risk it.</description>
