While listening to Eagles Live over at PE.com today, Dave Spadaro recalled a run-in at yesterday’s minicamp between the Big Kid Shawn Andrews and a “reporter” who wrote a piece last month suggesting Shawn might want a new contract after Jason Peters and Stacy Andrews received huge deals. I remember reading the article. It was by Birds’ beat writer Les Bowen. There’s not much video available to the general public featuring Cornelius Ingram at Florida since he missed all of the ’08 season. However, I did find this nice compilation tape on YouTube starring Ingram and “Macho” Harris.

Andy Reid played meet the press at the Eagles first post-draft minicamp. Here are the highlights: Kevin Curtis had more surgery April 15 to fix his sports hernia. He’s supposed to be ready for the next OTA. Herremans had a knee cleaned out and Jean-Gilles is still recovering from his fractured ankle. Mike McGlynn was the starting left guard. I stumbled across a stunning revelation while perusing FOX Sports yesterday. The Eagles team salary chart appears to be slightly out of whack. Notice anything weird? While the consensus seems to be the Eagles did very well last weekend, not everyone in the NFC East agrees. I pulled this quote from a chat with Thomas George over at NFL.com.
