It’s Friday, so I’m back with another Fan Poll. As always, there’s a lot of buzz surrounding Eagles Nation. The McNabb contract, Asante‘s OTA no-show and of course the ankle of one Brian Westbrook. All these issues are worthy of discussion, but I’ve got something else on my mind.
I’ve made it no secret that I’m a bit concerned about the linebackers on this team. I dig Stew just fine, but the other guys, in my opinion, are all interchangeable, and quite frankly, just guys. Nothing special, just serviceable.
Gocong was supposed to provide a pass-rushing threat since he was a converted defensive end. He has three sacks in two seasons. Omar was supposed to be the next do-all force at WIL. He got benched midway through last season. Jordan is one of those players you root for because he’s a hard worker with a team attitude. That’s fine and all, but can he be dominant at the WIL?
