It’s Tuesday, which means time to dish out this week’s cheesesteak to some deserving Eagles. Not everyone played like garbage on Sunday. A couple guys, in particular, stood out in my eyes. The week 2 winners are:
Kevin Kolb and Brent Celek

Kolb wasn’t too shabby, especially when he targeted Celek. The third-year signal caller chucked it 51 times for 391 yards, two touchdowns and three picks. Celek caught 8 balls for a team high 104 yards. I considered DeSean, but I’m waiting for him to have a monster game, which I think is coming soon.
Also, I figured I’d award Kolb now, just in case he turns into Bobby Hoying versus the Chiefs. I’m sure the haters are lying in wait, prepared to pounce should he falter — as they should be.

3 picks gets you a steak ?
Can Doug Peterson take some snaps ?
C’mon, Harry. Two of those were garbage time throws. Give the guy a break. He played better than 95% of the team. He earned his steak
Kolb does show potential but needs to stop making those dumb mistakes. I’m loving the production out of Celek. He’s blocking pretty well, catching the ball, and has been a monster to bring down.
I drove 3 1/2 hours down to the game from Connecticut to see, …3 picks…. he should have had 6 picks if the saits could catch. I’m not drinking all this Kolb Kool-Aid you guys are selling…the guy flat out stinks!
I don’t drink kool aid. Too sugary. I usually enjoy a beer or two while watching the game. You don’t have to like the guy, but don’t blame him for Sunday. He made fewer mistakes than the rest of gang green.
We’ll see what “Super Boy Kaptain Kolb” does this week, against this “Killer” Chiefs D…What’s the over/under on picks ? (2.5?)
