It’s Tuesday, which means it’s time to dole out another yummy cheesesteak to a deserving Eagle. It was an impressive win for the Birds on Sunday. Plenty of guys put in solid efforts, but in my mind one name stood out from the pack. Where’s my drumroll? The Cheesesteak of the Week goes to:
DeSean Jackson

It was a career day for young DeSean. He set a personal best with 149 yards receiving and his 64-yard touchdown reception in the second quarter landed him in the NFL record books. No player had ever posted three scores of 60+ yards in the first three games of a season. I call that impressive and definitely cheesesteak worthy.
I could do without the end zone flips, but at least he crossed the goal line before doing his vomit-inducing gymnast routine. I can’t wait until he holds out for more money next summer. That will be all kinds of fun.

Can't argue with the pick. DJax was awesome this week. Kolb keeps putting his haters back in their place. BUT.... Brent Celek is turning heads around the league. He is 3rd in he NFL in receptions (behind Randy Moss, and Steve Smith) with 20 catches. With all the new weapons the Eagles have, Celek was flying under the radar, but not anymore. Hope he can keep it up!
