With the Eagles secondary depleted by injuries, the team had ex-Vikings/Lions cornerback Marcus McCauley in for a look today. This info comes from Adam Caplan, via his Twitter.
McCauley, 6’1″ 203 lbs, was released by the Lions on September 29th. The Birds also signed another corner, Stoney Woodson, to the practice squad and dumped linebacker Jeremy Leman.
Dimitri Patterson, Asante Samuel and Ellis Hobbs all left Sunday’s game with hurts. Samuel and Hobbs are said to be fine, but Patterson’s condition is unknown. Reid will update the status of injured players tomorrow.
