Joselio Hanson Is Outta Here!!

What a day. First, the Eagles lost cornerback Ellis Hobbs for the season, and now Joselio Hanson is off the active roster for at least a month. According to Geoff Mosher of delawareonline.com, it could be a violation of the league’s substance abuse policy. That has not been confirmed by the team.
Jack Iguana was elevated from the practice squad to replace Hanson. So, no nickel or dime cornerback heading out west to face Philip Rivers. Yeah, this looks promising.
I would anticipate Macho Harris getting some reps at corner until the new guys are up to speed.
Update: Yeah, he violated the substance abuse policy. From last season. He felt “bloated” and took a diuretic. Insert PMS joke here.
It seemed to be the linebackers who were having the issues but now we’re into the secondary. I hope this doesn’t spread into the D-line *knock on wood*.
