McDermott has done a pretty good job considering he's been dealing with half a deck all season. I really hope the Birds can get that illusive SB win in the next few yrs. I fear once DMac goes, so will Reid and probably our chances for the next 5-7yrs. I could be wrong, but some veteran stability in an ever changing locker room is a valuable thing. Well Scott,
