Eagles Get A 4th Rounder for Lito Sheppard Deal

Remember the Lito Sheppard trade? Well, word has come down from the Eagles front office that they have been awarded a 4th round pick in April’s draft from the Jets to complete the deal. In exchange, I think, the Birds will ship their ’10 5th round pick in return.

They could have netted a 2nd round pick, but Lito didn’t get enough playing time. Mainly because he was hurt a lot, and he sucks. So, more draft ammunition is always a good thing to have. Especially with all the holes on defense.

package the fourth round pick plus vick to either move up in the second round or maybe take another team’s mid 3rd round pick.

or, if dealing with snyder or al davis, use vick and the 4th rounder for a 2nd rounder. it could happen.

I doubt they would deal Vick to the Skins, but the Raiders are always a possibility. Rams, Seahawks and Browns are also leading candidates. Holmgren and Heckert might take him? I just hope they don’t do something stupid like ship Kolb to Cleveland.
