No, he's probably not head coach material, but he's known to be a strong defensive mind. I think he will do well as a position coach. I also think the Eagles are manuevering Jauron as a possible DC should McDermott not show any improvement this year. I like the move by the Eagles. The more experience they bring in, the better.
