What factors do we look for in a QB: Ability to quickly make decision and release (prompt, solid Reads) consistent, reliable accuracy, even-keeled performance (very limited down funk time), understanding of the technical rules of the Game,
field Generalism/decision making, in the prime of youth, unwavering willingness to shoulder blame for the team when things don't go well and, most importantly IMO, Clutch in the elimination games.

I've been saying for years McNabb is a square peg QB in a round hole Offensive scheme. And if Reid couldn't adjust to that in 11 years I'm not surprised to not hear McNabb be more vocal about it. If we had a coach that would have the smarts to realize that his system doesn't play to his players strengths and become a more balanced Offense we'd have a few Lombardi's sitting in the Linc right now. But as fans we all know that it's not going to change. Too bad...

Numbers is one thing, how about decision making or Leadership, everybody sees all these qualities but yet he always falls short. It would do the city and him good for a change, Kolb's ready to Lead this team.
