All is Quiet on the Lehigh Front
It was a quiet morning practice for the Eagles, with no new injuries to report and the walking wounded continuing to make their way back onto the field.
Brandon Graham Continues to Impress
After finally getting his contract signed and reporting to Lehigh, the general opinion on Eagles 1st round draft pick Brandon Graham is this: It’s only a matter of time before he’s #1 on the depth chart at LDE. In Monday’s practices, Graham had his way with T Winston Justice for most of the day. Not only did he do this, but he was also able to get in Justice’s head enough to make him jump offside twice. He broke up a shovel pass, and when he was asked to drop into coverage he was extremely close to having an interception. [...]
At least two of the Eagles starting linebackers should have great chemistry on and off the field – they live next to each other, after all.

Kolb and Receivers: Chemistry is Still Developing
The quarterback and his receiving corp are working hard to learn each others tendencies. Kolb thinks it’s on track at this point in camp.
If you were to compare the Eagles’ afternoon practice on Sunday to a game, you might say they were a defensive battle characterized by a bit of offensive sloppiness. Sprinkle in a few minor injuries and an afternoon rain shower, and you’ve got a pretty good picture.
Big Questions Surrounding Offensive Line
Heading into training camp, one of the questions that the Eagles faced was the status of their offensive line. Is it healthy, and if it is, how will it function as a unit? We as Eagles fans have been spoiled for a long time when it comes to the o-line. Gone are the days of Jon Runyan, Tra Thomas and Hank Fraley. After several days of camp, the concerns Eagles fans had about this unit during the off-season have yet to subside. Lets talk about these particular off-season concerns: Jamaal Jackson torn his ACL last season. Todd Herremans had off-season [...]
Eagles RB Mike Bell Leaves Practice with Injury
Eagles backup running back Mike Bell was carted off the Lehigh University practice field after going down with an injury during non-contact drills. Bell pulled up after catching a pass and grabbed his left hamstring before falling to the ground. He limped to the cart with the help of a trainer. Bell also got off the cart and walked into the team’s adjacent locker room facility under his own power.
