Adam Schefter Reports Eagles Believe Vick Will Start Sunday

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that although Michael Vick will still have to pass standard concussion tests, early indications are that the team believes Vick will be ready to go for Sunday’s critical early season showdown with the Giants. The Eagles will likely update Vick’s condiction at today’s press conference, so we’ll be back with more.

Sources close to Eagles expect injured quarterback Michael Vick to be ready for Sunday's game.

If Vick plays, it could be bad news for the Giants’ blitz happy defense. Despite the notion that Vick has struggled against the blitz, that was certainly not the case on Sunday night. He finished the game completing 9 of his 14 pass attempts for 127 yards and two touchdowns. Oh, and the Giants are terrible.

I have a feeling Michael Boley won’t be throwing any footballs in the faces of camermen this week. Just a hunch.
