Well, DeSean Jackson has a few more reasons to smile this morning.
When he was first slapped with the franchise tag two weeks ago, it was widely believed Jackson was set to make $9.4 million if he signed the one-year deal.

Actually, as it turns out, the tag is worth a bit more.
The NFL officially announced Sunday that the wide receiver franchise tag will be valued at $9.515 million, the fourth-highest of any position behind quarterbacks, defensive ends, and cornerbacks.
The NFL salary cap will be set at $120.6 million.
