Inside The Iggles: Philadelphia Eagles News, Rumors and Links for 7/11

Today — like most others — we will continue onward with speculation and predictions regarding the Philadelphia Eagles‘ training camp. The more we get to know the players that will be involved, the more informed spectators we will be once camp goes underway. Here are some great articles from around the web that will help out as we go forward.

PennLive.com has a great training camp preview up right now regarding the tight end position. More specifically, how that position is the deepest and most dynamic on the roster.

Russell Baxter of Yahoo! Sports recently posted a great article which details specific Eagles players that we should watch during training camp — this one is completely worth the read.

Here is an interesting piece on NFL.com regarding the Eagles’ first-round selection, Lane Johnson. Even with the new rookie pay scale under the most recent CBA, it could be possible for a rookie to hold out during training camp — Johnson does not want to be one of them.

This last link isn’t quite Eagles related; however, certain things that come up on social media websites just make you wonder what someone was thinking. This is exactly the case for former Eagles and current Cleveland Browns running back Dion Lewis regarding his recent comments about Aaron Hernandez on Twitter. CBSSports.com has the story.
