Eagles Lose CB Fletcher to Concussion, Re-Sign Hughes

CB Bradley Fletcher suffered a concussion in last nights victory over the Redskins. It happened on a play where a Redskins receiver ducked to avoid contact and Fletcher went helmet to helmet with one of his own teammates.

Fletcher had a decent outing, not making any big plays but also not giving up any. He will most likely be replaced outside by Brandon Boykin. The nickel spot will be filled by rookie Jordan Poyer, who struggled in relief last night, or recently resigned CB Brandon Hughes. Hughes returns from recently being released, and is recovered from a broken hand.

No timetable has been set for Fletcher’s return.
