I think Philadelphia Eagles Head Coach Chip Kelly is doing a fine job. He’s had setbacks in the Quarterback department. And in the NFL if you don’t have a good QB you are not going to do well. The QB situation is working itself out now. I like Chip Kelly and I think he will do very well for the Eagles. This isn’t a complaint about him. It’s more a question of was it the right thing to do given all that Andy Reid had done for the Philadelphia Eagles and the city of Philadelphia?

I say all this to raise the question; Did the Philadelphia Eagles act to quickly in firing Andy Reid? He took the franchise to 4 straight NFC Championship Games and one Super Bowl. Only their second Super Bowl in franchise history in the modern NFL era. He took them to 9 post seasons in 11 years. 9 years out of 14 they went to the playoffs. Except for the New England Patiriots and Bill Belichick what other team has done that? What other coach has done that?
