So the Dallas Cowboys defeated the New York Giants. Barely. Dallas Cowboys’ Quarterback Tony Romo looked pretty good against a sub-par New York Giants Defense. They laid down and let the Cowboys march down the field on the final drive. They had the Cowboys on the ropes with a 3rd down and 7 on that final drive. But as hard as it is to say, Romo picked their defense apart. He led the team down the field for the game winning field goal.
In many ways this is the best situation for the Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles’ final game of the regular season is against Dallas at AT&T Stadium. What better way to cap off a great turn around season than to beat the Cowboys in their own stadium and get revenge on their loss at home earlier this year? And take the NFC East Division Championship Trophy home with them back to Philadelphia? Absolutely nothing.
Unlike the Dallas Cowboys, the Philadelphia Eagles do not have a cakewalk of a schedule. The road to the NFC East Division Championship will be a challenge. But they Eagles have shown they are not afraid of a challenge.
