Philadelphia Eagles Must Avoid Traps Versus Minnesota Vikings

The Minnesota Vikings play host to the surging Philadelphia Eagles at Mall of America Field this Sunday.  In some of the least favorable winter conditions witnessed this season, the Eagles took care of business at home beating the Detroit Lions last week, holding onto first place in the NFC East.

Taking a first glimpse at the stats, this game should be an easy win for Philadelphia, whose arsenal of weapons includes the number one rated passer in the NFL, quarterback Nick Foles, and the league’s top ranked rusher LeSean McCoy.  The Eagles have proven they can beat their opponents through the air or on the ground.

While the signs are all pointing to an overmatched Minnesota Vikings team potentially minus the services of stud running back Adrian Peterson, there are a number of traps the Eagles should avoid during this game.
