Money is something the world revolves around. This is most prevalent in professional sports, where money is handed out by the millions. To get or keep great players you need to have a lot of extra money to hand them. The NFC East is not in a position where this is a possibility for them. That is except for the Eagles.

The NFC East consists of the Eagles, the Dallas Cowboys, the New York Giants, and the Washington Redskins. Of those teams, only the Eagles are not struggling with salary cap issues. This is largely thanks to Nick Foles. This Pro Bowl quarterback costs the Eagles under 3 million dollars over the course of four years. This means that thanks to his rookie contract, Nick Foles is among the cheapest of quarterbacks. Not just starting quarterbacks, but quarterbacks.

Ok first off the skins have 22.5 mil in salary cap space that’s just 2 mil less than the Eagles so you’re wrong we aren’t the only team in the division with space. That took me all of 5 seconds to look up maybe you should try doing a tiny bit of background before you start writing nonsense. Second what will you do next year when you have to resign Boykin, Kindricks, Cox, Foles, and Maclin. I’ll answer it you won’t be able to. You also won’t be able to afford Jackson, Ryans, Coles, Peters, or Kelsey. So what you are proposing to do is blow up the entire team in two years for two, and I’ll admit it, great players this year. It doesn’t make sense you keep writing this stuff but not backing it with any facts. No reasons that would explain how it works just they went to Oregon. There would be no difference between this and 2011 we reached for players then to try to make the super bowl and you would be reaching now. It’s the same thing. I’m pretty sure Roseman learned his lesson. I could maybe see Ward but that is a long shot and I would never in a million years think we could get him unless the market turns out to be crazy low for safeties. Even if that happened I would still rather take a mid level Clemons or Jenkins for seriously cheap money. I will keep writing this stuff on every blog you type, I won’t even call it an article, until you at least try to justify what will happen in 2015 to make this work. It’s garbage any old fan could write there isn’t even a hint of validity to your writing. Sorry dude I just don’t get you.
