This is very intriguing but hard to tell what the Eagles are thinking. In two days they’ve added three quality defensive backs. Having said that, they still have a lot of cap space to play with. It’s possible they still really want to add him to the roster. And I don’t blame them.
In an article posted one day ago here on this site we discussed the value he would add to a team. He is possibly the best cornerback to have ever played the game. Or at least in the top 5 of all time. He would be expensive given all the interest he is getting. Tampa Bay Buccaneers were smart keeping him to trade. What are the Eagles willing to give up to get him?
