DAVANTE ADAMS – Fresno State
Second Round, Pick no.54

If you’ve been reading my articles or my tweets the last couple of months, you probably have noticed that I’m a fan of Davante Adams. In Febryary, I wrote this article saying that he could be a great pick for the Eagles. Almost two months later, I believe Adams is the best wide receiver they can get in the second round.

Adams has nice size (6′ 1″, 215 pounds) and can add a bit of extra muscle to his frame. He is a great leaper and while he is not a burner, he has enough speed to keep defensive backs on their toes.
