Everyone knows the big name prospects in the 2015 NFL Draft. But successful teams find value in mid to late-round prospects who go on to contribute in big ways. The Philadelphia Eagles should be doing just that in the 2015 NFL Draft. They have failed to do so in the first two drafts of head coach Chip Kelly’s tenure. But he now has full control of the roster and all decisions, so this year should be a fresh start for the franchise.

Regarding finding gems in the later rounds of the draft, just look at what the Seattle Seahawks have done. Four of arguably the best players on their team were drafted in the third round or later. Russell Wilson, Doug Baldwin, Kam Chancellor and Richard Sherman were all drafted in the later rounds of the draft, that’s a big deal.

So which players can the Eagles target in this year’s draft that could end up being big time contributors? That’s what this article is all about. Now I’m not saying these players will turn out to be as good as the players mentioned above but here are five players in the 2015 NFL Draft that could potentially be late round gems if they land in Philadelphia.
