5. Oakland Raiders
Sammy Watkins
Wide Receiver, Clemson

The Raiders have the chance to really build their foundation this offseason by signing free agents and getting some talent in the draft. Sammy Watkins is, in my opinion, the prize of this draft. This is why this pick is so valuable. Besides the Raiders, two teams should trade up for this pick, which the Raiders may be willing to do only because they need so much.

The first is the Detroit Lions. They have been looking for a receiver to go opposite star wide receiver Calvin Johnson for a long time now. They could give the Raiders their first and second round pick. Another team is the Philadelphia Eagles. The only thing this team is missing from their offense is a wide receiver that can come down with the ball no matter what. Watkins could be that guy for them. In this scenario they would give the Raiders their first round pick and Desean Jackson for Watkins and then they would re-sign Jeremy Maclin. Also in this scenario they would find secondary help via free agency (safety TJ Ward or safety Jairus Byrd) and in the second or third round of the draft.

6. St. Louis Rams (from Atlanta)
Greg Robinson
Offensive Tackle, Auburn

I believe that Robinson is not only the most talented offensive tackle this year, but he would have been the most talented offensive tackle had he been in the draft last year. This fills a major need for the Rams, and they get him later then they would have had to, while gaining a second round pick from the Falcons.

7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Anthony Barr
Outside Linebacker/Defensive End, UCLA

Barr is a very versatile defensive player and is possibly the most talented linebacker in this draft. If new head coach Lovie Smith thinks he can fit him into their defense in a productive way, this pick could be a steal.
