Martavis Bryant

I feel like Martavis Bryant is the forgotten wide receiver when going through the 2014 NFL Draft, partially due to the hype surrounding fellow Tigers wideout Sammy Watkins. Listed at 6’5, 200 pounds, Bryant finished 2013 with 42 catches for 828 yards and seven touchdowns. Fansided’s own WithTheFirstPick published an in-depth scouting report on Bryant, mentioning a disappointing effort with his willingness to block. With that said, the uncertainty surrounding the Philadelphia futures of Jeremy Maclin and Riley Cooper makes this pick worth the risk. Imagine the combination of Maclin’s athleticism and Cooper’s size, then imagine that lined up with DeSean Jackson, Zach Ertz, Brent Celek, and LeSean McCoy.
