Dave:
Sly minds will point out that as one offensive lineman named Martin (Jonathan) leaves, another enters. Notre Dame offensive tackle Zack Martin brings clarity to a Dolphins line that needs it more than ever, and is more than capable of becoming a long-term starter. The Dolphins need help anywhere they can get it, so if not Martin than they could look to draft defensive tackle Aaron Donald, who’s still somehow available at 19.
Giorgos:
I see that Dave went ahead and stole my idea about the “Martin” irony, so I’ll stick with what Zack Martin brings to the table. A lineman that can play both at tackle and guard, Martin is a tad undersized to play on the outside. However, he makes up for lesser build with his technique and strength. A natural bender, Martin moves swiftly and most of the times keeps his feet under him. I believe he fits better at guard, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he succeeds as a tackle.
