7. Atlanta Falcons^ (From Chicago Bears) (6-9)
Shane Ray
Defensive End, Missouri
The Falcons have the same issues as last year, a horrible defensive and offensive line. With the Falcons offensive line returning from injury they will look to make defense their priority in this draft. After Ray there is a significant drop off in talent in this draft. The Bears and Falcons will both know this, therefore, the Bears, whose strength is defensive line, will be willing to trade back to gain an extra pick or two. The Falcons will be willing to trade up to get the rare talent that is Shane Ray.
8. St. Louis Rams (6-9)
DeVante Parker
Wide Receiver, Louisville
Parker might be a slight reach here at number six, but the Rams should be upset that they did not pick a wide receiver last year and will want to avoid that mistake in this draft. Parker is a very well rounded receiver with no clear weaknesses.
9. New York Giants (6-9)
Dante Fowler Jr.
Defensive End, Florida
The Giants have a clear need on the defensive side of the ball for any kind of a pass rush. With defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul an impending free agent it is obvious that the Giants need to insure that they have a legitimate pass rush. Fowler Jr. is a top notch defensive end that never quits in his pursuit of the quarterback.
