At 6-3, 192 lbs., Michigan State wide receiver Tony Lippett has the size that the Eagles could really use on the outside. The former Spartan had a very successful final season with the team, finishing the year with 65 catches for 1,198 yards and 11 touchdowns. But it’s Lippett’s impressive route running and strong hands that should help him at the combine.

While he doesn’t possess “home run hitting” speed to blow people away during the 40-yard dash, Lippett should impress everyone during the receiver drills with how he runs routes and his unbelievable catch radius. It wouldn’t be surprising to see Lippett also record a top vertical jump measurement as well.

What is really intriguing for Eagles fans regarding Lippett is that he actually has experience at cornerback as well. Adding him to the roster in Philadelphia could potentially kill two birds with one stone, as they say. That kind of positional versatility is rare, especially with college experience at both positions as well.
