Nov 29, 2014; Louisville, KY, USA; Louisville Cardinals wide receiver DeVante Parker (9) runs the ball against the Kentucky Wildcats during the second half at Papa John

11. Minnesota Vikings

player. 60. A no brainer for the Vikings if Parker is still available. Receiver is a big need for this young up and coming team and Parker was their quarterback, Teddy Bridgewater’s, favorite target in college.. Wide Receiver. Louisville. DeVante Parker. 11

12. Cleveland Browns

53. The Browns have quite a few needs, the biggest of course being quarterback. With no top quarterback left at this point in the draft and no top receiver left, the Browns turn to the other side of the ball to get a star young run stuffer in Shelton. Shelton has quick feet and knows how to get to the running back as good as anyone in this draft and would be a steal here.. Defensive Tackle. Washington. Danny Shelton. 12. player

13. New Orleans Saints

Cornerback. Michigan State. Trae Waynes. 13. player. 15. The only team more interesting than the Eagles right now might be the Saints. Despite having a potentially powerful core group of players, the Saints seem to be in an all out fire sale saying that no one is off limits except quarterback Drew Brees and wide receiver Brandin Cooks. The Saints were very unhappy with the secondary last year, and after signing Brandon Browner from the New England Patriots they will look to complete their cornerback duo with the consensus top cornerback in this draft.

14. Miami Dolphins

59. I believe that the Dolphins number one target in this mock draft will be a top cornerback to go opposite their pro bowler in Brent Grimes. They want Trae Waynes, but the Saints beat them to the punch. They will have to settle for the close second in Marcus Peters. You also know they don’t have too much of a problem with the personality issues because the guy he is replacing is the infamous Cortland Finnegan.. Cornerback. Washington. Marcus Peters. 14. player

15. San Francisco 49ers

15. player. 42. The 49ers defense is falling apart! Their cornerbacks are free agents, and their pro bowl linebacker (Patrick Willis) and defensive end (Justin Smith) are both retiring. Luckily for them they already have a top young replacement for Willis in Chris Borland, so they just need a defensive end to replace Smith. Armstead would make a perfect addition to the 49ers because he can do it all and has the potential to be the steal of the draft.. Defensive End. Oregon. Arik Armstead

16. Houston Texans

16. player. 10. Andrus Peat is in my opinion the best offfensive lineman in this draft. The Texans are always looking to upgrade their offensive line and Peat should be an elite lineman in this league.. Offensive Tackle. Stanford. Andrus Peat

17. San Diego Chargers

13. The Chargers have retained a lot of their talent and also filled a lot of their holes through free agency. After losing out on retaining Ryan Mathews (to the Eagles) and a top talent like DeMarco Murray (to the Eagles) they should look to find their running back in the draft and I think that Melvin Gordon is that guy because of his versatility.. Running Back. Wisconsin. Melvin Gordon. 17. player

18. Kansas City Chiefs

Alabama. Landon Collins. 18. player. 124. Collins is the premier secondary player in this draft and looks to be the Chiefs top target. After adding Maclin they should turn to replacing one or even both of pro bowler Eric Berry and their other safety Ron Parker. Collins has big shoes to fill but has the talent to do it easily.. Safety

19. Cleveland Browns (via Buffalo Bills)

The Browns signed Brian Hartline but still could use another receiver and at this point Strong is the top receiver in this draft. Especially with the Josh Gordon situation up in the air it can’t hurt to have as many top options as possible.. Wide Receiver. Arizona State. Jaelen Strong. 19. player. 53

20. Philadelphia Eagles

20. player. 54. The most interesting pick of the draft. The Eagles have been the most active team this offseason and Chip Kelly claims that they are not planning on getting Mariota. Some experts think that after a somewhat dissapointing pro day Mariota could fall all the way to this pick. I am not one of these people, but I do think that if he is in their lap the Eagles will take him. The Eagles are setting themselves up to be able to do a best player available approach. Right now their major needs are offensive line, wide receiver and safety. With no clear cut choice I believe they will replace what they lost in Trent Cole with a possible start in Alvin “Bud” Dupree. Dupree can do it all and is familiar with the Eagles linebacker coach. Another possibility for the Eagles is a trade up to get one of the top three receivers or Landon Collins. Keep an eye on the Eagles next steps because they are not done in free agency. The Eagles will most likely address their offensive line in the second or third round and most likely in the form of Oregon product Jake Fisher. I also believe that the Eagles are setting themselves up to take a cornerback later on most likely USC’s Josh Shaw or Oregon’s Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, but there offseason moves make it not as pressing of a need.. Defensive End. Kentucky. Alvin Dupree
