Unconfirmed reports coming out of the Philadelphia Eagles camp are stating head coach Chip Kelly has struck a deal with the Tennessee Titans to trade up to the number two spot in the 2015 NFL Draft. In an unprecedented move, Kelly saw the chance to pick “his” guy, Oregon Ducks quarterback Marcus Mariota.

This is the best move for the organization. I trust in Chip completely – Jeffrey Lurie

Kelly has said more than once he isn’t interested in mortgaging the future for one player but he wouldn’t close the door on a trade for him either. A person close to Kelly who wants his name withheld for obvious reason said that Tennessee Titans general Manager Ruston Webster contacted him a few days ago about a possible trade.

Webster has always been a fan of Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford dating back to his days with the Oklahoma Sooners. It’s not mystery the Titans are in desperate need of a good quarterback and Webster feels he would fit their scheme perfectly.

ESPN reporter Josina Anderson tweeted earlier last month that many didn’t believe Bradford was a fit for Kelly’s scheme sparking speculation that he was trade bait for Mariota.

Just what are the Eagles giving up for this move?
