Special Teams
Kicker: Cody Parkey (1 K/Total: 51)
What in the world is going on with Cody Parkey? He had a shaky start to the preseason, then he looked like his old self…and then he disappeared. There’s been no sign of Parkey on the field for the team’s final two preseason games and that’s concerning. Parkey already looked questionable on the field so him not being fully healthy is just another question mark to keep an eye on. Hopefully he’s truly 100% healthy for the team’s regular season opener.
Punter: Donnie Jones (1 P/Total: 52)
“Donnie Longball” isn’t going anywhere. He was solid throughout the preseason and will have his job back as one of the team’s hidden weapons in 2015. Punting is an incredibly underrated part of the game and the Eagles are lucky to have a guy like Jones that can boom the ball into the air and allow their special team’s aces to do what they’re best at.
Long Snapper: Jon Dorenbos (1 LS/Total: 53)
Jon “The Magician” Dorenbos will look to build on his 2014 Pro Bowl season heading into the upcoming regular season. It’s nice to have a reliable snapper that you don’t have to worry about on a consistent basis. It also helps that Tony Romo isn’t the holder for the snaps as well…
