2016 NFL Draft: Inside The Iggles’ Full First-Round Mock
By Ryan Quigley
29. Arizona Cardinals: Keanu Neal, S, Florida
The entire nation saw how bad the Cardinals’ secondary was without Tyrann Mathieu in the NFC Championship game. Keanu Neal would help fix that.
Neal is a box safety with a nose for the ball carrier, but he can be overaggressive at times and get beat in coverage. He’s very physical and never shies away from making a big hit. His long arms make him attractive in pass coverage, but he excels against the run.
The Steelers also need a safety, so don’t be surprised if they nab Neal before the Cardinals can. But if he’s available at 29, Neal will be headed to Arizona.
