I’d like to say that the last couple of weeks have been a whirlwind, but after the Chip Kelly era, “whirlwind” is pretty much the norm for this time of year. Kelly caused a lot of hope and even more stress when it came to building the team.

The new regime definitely has a focus on retaining talent, maintaining as much continuity as possible, and building on core strengths while addressing needs.
