4) Dallas Cowboys: Carson Wentz QB, North Dakota State

Possibly the biggest decision in the NFL draft belongs to the Dallas Cowboys in a scenario just like this one. Quarterback of the future (Carson Wentz), star defensive end (Joey Bosa), or elite running back (Ezekiel Elliot). This time they take Wentz.

The Cowboys made very little effort to sign a backup to the made-of-glass pro bowler, quarterback Tony Romo. This is an obvious sign that they will draft a quarterback. Whether that is in the first round is less clear, but what is clear is that they have a ton of interest in Wentz.
