Who are the Philadelphia Eagles’ best late-round pick in the last 16 years?

When Roger Goodell signals the Eagles’ turn come Round 1 of April 30’s draft, finding someone who can actually play and continue their offseason momentum would be nice.

Be it the next franchise QB, RB, offensive lineman or some other mystery pick, the most important thing is that he can produce, especially with their previous two top selections—Nelson Agholor and Marcus Smith—starting to cause an odor in the back of the cupboard.

Equally important, however, is to hit paydirt in the latter rounds. The New England Patriots do it routinely. The New England Patriots are perennial contenders. These two facts are likely not coincidental.
