1) Los Angeles Rams (via Tennessee): Jared Goff QB, Cal
The Rams traded the farm and then some to get all the way up the board for a QB. At this point it is pretty clear that Goff is their target, but obviously things can change fast. That being said the Eagles and executive Howie Roseman seem to be pretty confident that Goff is the guy for the Rams.
