Right Guard

  1. Brandon Brooks
  2. Darrell Greene

The Eagles signed Brandon Brooks to a five-year deal worth $40 million during free agency. Brooks was originally drafted by the Texans in the third-round of the 2012 NFL Draft and eventually became the team’s starting right guard in 2013. Brooks has become one of the better run blockers in the league and has played a major role in the success of Houston’s run game over the last several years. Since signing with the Eagles, Brooks has become a fan favorite for his quick acclimation to the Philadelphia lifestyle.

Brooks’ backup is a question mark, but Darrell Greene could be a good candidate for the opportunity. The Eagles signed Greene as an undrafted free agent this offseason and are paying him more than any of their other undrafted free agents. Greene has some serious potential and could end up being a solid pickup for the Eagles.
